Local SEO and Page One Placements FAQ

Clear answers about the local SEO campaign, the Page One Promise, ongoing options, and how to request a free website review.

What does local SEO do for a service business?

Local SEO helps make your website clearer and more relevant to people searching for services in places you actually serve. The campaign considers your real services, service area, website, and customer search intent. Better visibility can help potential customers discover your business, but rankings, traffic, calls, and sales are not guaranteed outside the terms in your service agreement. See the Local SEO service overview for more about fit and local search.

How are the target search phrases chosen and approved?

We research service-and-location searches relevant to your business’s primary market and nearby area. Search volume and cost-per-click activity may be reviewed as indicators of interest; they do not guarantee demand or results. You review the research and approve up to ten high-commercial-intent phrases before optimization begins. The installation process explains the steps in more detail.

What does “page one” mean under the 90-day promise?

The offer describes the promise as satisfied when at least one optimized page appears in the top 10 organic results for an approved phrase within 90 days. It does not promise that all approved phrases will reach page one. Your agreement controls the exact definition of page one, how eligibility is assessed, and the applicable terms. Review the Page One Placements offer and your agreement for the full wording.

What happens if none of the approved phrases reaches page one within 90 days?

If none qualifies within 90 days, the refund terms in your agreement apply. The agreement defines page one and the applicable refund terms and eligibility. The FAQ is a plain-language overview; your signed agreement governs the campaign.

How long can SEO take to produce leads or calls?

There is no promised timeline or quantity for leads or calls. The 90-day promise concerns qualifying organic page-one placement as defined in your agreement, not a specific business outcome. Visibility may create an opportunity to be found, while inquiries and sales also depend on factors such as your market, website, offer, and customer decisions.

What work is included in the initial campaign?

The process starts with local research and your approval of up to ten phrases. Work then covers the homepage, core landing pages such as About and Contact, relevant service pages, and the blog page. The blog may be improved or created, with three to five useful starter posts when they fit the campaign scope. Changed pages may be submitted for indexing where supported, and relevant backlink opportunities may be evaluated. Individual blog posts are supporting content, not separate guaranteed placement targets. See for the detailed process; the agreement defines your specific scope.

What does ongoing maintenance include, and what are the two options?

After the placement campaign, qualifying Strategic Partners may choose two qualified, consent-based email introductions each month in place of the paid maintenance alternative, or choose paid maintenance. Standard Client SEO maintenance has separate terms. The signed agreement defines maintenance scope and eligibility. Introductions open conversations; they do not guarantee leads, calls, appointments, or sales. Continued rankings and additional placements are not guaranteed. Installation scope is based on the locations included in your service area and documented in the proposal. Each additional city is scoped separately. See the Page One Placements page for campaign payment options, guarantee, and agreement terms.

When can Strategic Partners discuss LinkedIn add-ons?

After the SEO foundation is established, qualifying Strategic Partners may discuss LinkedIn Viral Demand, Targeted B2B Messaging, or both, subject to fit and a separate agreed scope. Exact partner prices are discussed privately. Standalone engagements and any partner terms are considered individually and documented in the applicable agreement.

How do Local SEO and LinkedIn support different parts of business growth?

Local SEO helps people discover a business through Google’s organic website results for relevant services and places. Viral Demand supports professional visibility through LinkedIn content and engagement, while Targeted Messaging supports personalized outreach to relevant decision-makers. These services can stand alone or be coordinated through a Strategic Growth Partnership under a written scope; none promises leads, calls, appointments, or sales.

How are renewals handled?

Renewal scope and investment depend on the services selected, client status, and the new agreement. Services may be added during an active engagement when both sides agree in writing.

Which Northern Colorado businesses may be a good fit?

The service may fit an owner-operator with a defined service, an identifiable area they actually serve, and a website they are ready to improve. Fit depends on the business, its market, competition, and how customers search. iRankFast is headquartered in Johnstown and works remotely; location pages do not represent offices in other communities. Browse the Northern Colorado service-area hub for the current city and county guides.

Past client testimonial

Marshall and I met through LinkedIn and I actually saved his first-ever outreach message from many months back and then reached out to him when I was ready to launch broader scale marketing efforts, and we really liked what he had to say about marketing and making it work on Google vs doing standard blog posts, social media posts and paid advertising, so we took the leap of faith, and in less than 30 days of when we launched the site back to Google, our site was ranking page one organically for primary target keywords, and now another 30-days later we are happy to report that we have 40 page-one rankings and we received over 2,500 visitors to the site over the past month, with 85% coming from Organic.

We highly recommend iRankFast for Local SEO, fast page one placements, more traffic and better calls and conversions!
