Local SEO for Small Businesses Who Want Results!

We help owner-operators assess and improve organic website visibility for services they provide in the places they serve.

iRankFast is headquartered in Johnstown, Colorado, and serves Northern Colorado and nationwide clients remotely.

Before We Create More Demand, Let's Capture the Demand That Already Exists.

Local SEO can help your website become more relevant to people searching for services in a specific area. It may help a business appear in the organic results that customers review while comparing providers. A search placement does not automatically create trust, a call, or a sale; clear pages and a useful next step also matter.

When someone finds your company on LinkedIn, through networking, or from a referral, they may search Google to learn more. Relevant organic results and a clear website can add another opportunity to understand your business and evaluate its fit.

Our Northern Colorado service-area hub organizes city and county guides for the places already covered on this site. iRankFast is headquartered in Johnstown and works remotely; a guide does not imply an office in the named community.

Who Local SEO May Fit

This service may fit an owner-operator with a defined service, a website ready for review, and customers who search online before choosing a provider. Fit depends on your actual services, service area, competition, website, and customer decisions.

We consider the communities you actually serve and the way potential customers look for your services. We do not infer demand from a city name or recommend geographic wording that misrepresents where you work.

Local SEO is available as a standalone service for local businesses, and it is the first phase of the B2B Growth Blueprint for eligible Strategic Partners. Consultants, attorneys, Realtors, and other local businesses can discuss fit based on their actual services, markets, and professional requirements.

Organic Website Results, Not Google Maps Placement

iRankFast sells Local SEO Placements focused on Google’s regular organic website results below the map. We do not sell Google Maps placement or Google Business Profile management as part of this offer, and we do not promise Maps placements. A business may separately share a blog post or new page through its own Google Business Profile; that is supplementary distribution, not the service being sold here.

Local SEO Installation Scope by City and Business Need

The installation is scoped after reviewing the website, the markets you actually serve, the competitive landscape, and the work required. The proposal describes deliverables and investment before work begins; fees are not listed publicly.

When appropriate, we can optimize an existing website. If a dedicated SEO-focused page is needed, that page can be scoped as part of the installation. We prioritize the existing site structure and agreed deliverables, rather than adding pages solely to repeat keywords.

Backlink development and other off-page work may support organic visibility. We evaluate relevance and quality; no backlink source is guaranteed or officially endorsed by Google, and links do not guarantee rankings.

How the Local SEO Installation Works

  1. Review the business and market. We assess your current website, actual services, target cities, and customer search intent.
  2. Research and agree on targets. We research service-and-location searches for the primary market and nearby area. Search volume and CPC activity may inform the discussion as indicators of interest, not guaranteed demand. You review and approve up to ten high-commercial-intent phrases before optimization starts.
  3. Optimize the agreed pages. Depending on the signed scope, work can include the homepage, About and Contact pages, other core landing pages, relevant service pages, and the blog page. The blog may be improved or created, with three to five useful starter posts when they fit the agreed scope. Individual posts are supporting content, not separate guaranteed placement targets.
  4. Request indexing where appropriate. We may request indexing for updated pages when supported. Search engines control whether and when pages are crawled, indexed, or displayed.
  5. Support off-page visibility. We evaluate relevant backlink and authority opportunities based on the campaign. Such work can support visibility but does not guarantee rankings for every phrase.
  6. Review progress. We discuss available ranking, search visibility, traffic, and conversion measures when reliable tracking exists. Metrics are used to understand progress, not to promise a specific business outcome.

Some work can occur during the first two weeks, but timing and deliverables depend on the signed project scope, website access, and client approvals.

The Agreement-Defined Page One Promise

You approve ten location-based search phrases before work begins. The promise is satisfied when at least one of those ten phrases reaches page one organically within 90 days. If none reaches page one within 90 days, the refund terms in your agreement apply. The agreement defines page one and the applicable refund terms. The promise does not guarantee that all ten phrases will reach page one.

Ongoing work and maintenance can support the initial campaign and may create opportunities to pursue additional placements over time. Continued rankings and additional placements are not guaranteed. The Page One Promise does not guarantee traffic, leads, calls, appointments, or sales.

For practical answers about campaign fit, the Page One Promise, and maintenance options, see the Local SEO and Page One Placements FAQ.

For the full offer terms and agreement context, see Page One Placements.

Two Ways to Maintain the SEO Work

After the initial installation, the agreement describes the available maintenance option and scope. Qualifying Strategic Partners may choose either the referral-based arrangement or paid maintenance.

Referral-based Strategic Growth Partnership

Provide two qualified, mutually agreed introductions by email each month to business owners or decision-makers who fit the agreed profile and may need our services. Each person must consent to the introduction. It does not need to produce a sale.

This arrangement replaces the paid Strategic Partner maintenance alternative under the applicable agreement. Referrals are intended to help both partners expand their networks and open conversations; they do not guarantee leads, calls, or sales.

Paid SEO maintenance

Qualifying Strategic Partners may choose paid SEO maintenance under the applicable agreement. Standard Client SEO maintenance has separate eligibility and scope.

Maintenance does not guarantee that rankings will never change or that additional placements will occur. A partner current on a paid maintenance option does not lose status solely because they did not make introductions.

Participation, Standard Client Terms, and Renewals

Partners who fulfill their agreed introduction or maintenance commitments retain access to applicable Strategic Partner pricing and support. If an entire agreed term passes without a single qualifying introduction under the referral-based arrangement, the business may transition to Standard Client status at renewal, as documented in the signed agreement. Specific obligations, evaluation periods, notice, transition dates, and pricing are controlled by that agreement.

Existing agreements are not changed retroactively, and an automatic midterm price increase does not apply. A partner current on paid maintenance does not lose partner status solely because no introductions were made.

Standard Client terms and Strategic Partner add-on terms are set separately in the applicable agreements. Any transition or renewal uses a new agreement and the services selected.

Three Complementary Ways to Grow

Stage one · Get found

Local SEO and Page One Google Placements

Build the organic website foundation for the cities and markets your business actually serves.

Stage two · Get recognized

LinkedIn Viral Demand

Strategic content, engagement, and conversation practices may support brand awareness and relevant business conversations. Reach and outcomes vary.

Stage three · Get connected

Targeted B2B Messaging

Identify potential business decision-makers and develop personalized messages under the engagement scope and applicable platform limits. Responses and appointments are not guaranteed.

Local SEO, Viral Demand, and Targeted B2B Messaging are available independently; together they form the B2B Growth Blueprint and can be coordinated through a Strategic Growth Partnership when both sides agree. Optional partner and standalone terms are discussed privately and recorded in the applicable agreements.

Services may be added during an active engagement when both sides agree. At renewal, scope and investment are set in a new agreement based on the selected services, client status, and business needs.
